Who is the data controller

What we store, and why

• When you ask for a quote: name, phone number, email and whatever you write about the move yourself. We use it to give you a quote and to carry out the job.
• When you become a customer: addresses, the agreed time, and what we need in order to invoice you.
• Statistics: how many people read which pages. The figures are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you as a person.

We do not sell your details on, and we do not use them for marketing unless you have said yes.

How long we keep it

If you ask for a quote and do not accept it, we delete the enquiry after twelve months. If you become a customer, we are required to keep the accounting records for five years, as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser. This website uses none.

We count how many people visit the pages, but the tool we use stores nothing on your device and builds no profile of you. That is also why you get no consent box when you arrive – there is nothing to consent to.

Should we later start using something that does store data on your device, we will ask first, and saying no will be exactly as easy as saying yes.

Your rights

You have the right to be told what we have stored about you, to have incorrect information corrected, and to have it deleted once we no longer have a reason to keep it. Send us a message and we will sort it out.

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
