What we clean
Move-out cleaning is not ordinary cleaning. The property has to be handed over in a condition the buyer or landlord can accept, and that is where the details matter.
- Kitchen. Inside all cupboards and drawers, extractor hood and filter, cooker pulled out and cleaned behind and underneath, fridge inside.
- Bathroom. Tiles, grouting, floor drain, shower screens, mirrors, behind and under the toilet.
- Floors and skirting. All floors, skirting boards and door frames washed.
- Windows. Inside and outside wherever it is safe to reach.
- Doors, switches and sockets. The things that get touched every day and never cleaned.
- Storage room and balcony. Swept, and anything left behind hauled away.
We come back if anything is pointed out
If something is remarked on during the handover, we come back and put it right without you paying more. That is the whole point of booking a firm rather than doing it yourself the night before.
Book it together with the move
The simplest arrangement is that we move you in the morning and clean in the afternoon, once the property is empty. You avoid coming back the next day, and we avoid cleaning around furniture that is still there.
If you only want the cleaning, and have moved yourself, we will of course sort that out too.

The price of move-out cleaning depends on the size and how much work is needed. We will give you a price on the phone once you tell us the number of square metres and how many bathrooms.
We bring all equipment and all products. You do not need to have anything ready.
The property should be empty when we arrive, otherwise we cannot clean behind and underneath.

No. We bring all equipment and all products. You do not need to have anything ready.
Can I book cleaning only, without the move?
Yes. If you have moved yourself, we will of course do the cleaning on its own.
Do you need move-out cleaning?
Book the cleaning together with the move, and we will do both in one day.
